Wow. Such a beautiful, eye-popping display of art. In the interest of providing a counter-argument and a base to improve your art, I do have some caveats:
For one thing, the IDEA of the painting is a pretty well-worn one, though you've displayed it in a way that is indeed inspiring and refreshing.
Second, the style is a bit off in regards to canon (the show). Two things that I notice are the short, stubby snout (Tia has a thin,"elegant"one) and the other is the overall proportion. She seems a tad small.
I absolutely love the overall feeling of this picture. The colors are softer, giving it a nice warming feeling. I really love seeing the ponies in your style. They're so wonderfully made! I love the expression of Celestia. It has so much emotion behind it; I love how you can capture that in a picture. I love how her mane flows, and especially how it seems to fade off towards the sun. I thought that was a really cool looking effect. The shadows and soft glow from her mane are beautifully done. All in all, I really love how you portray everything! Great job
HER HAIR! I AM COMPELLED TO FEEL ITS TEXTURE, BUT I CAN'T! THIS SUX!
Anyway... wait, that's a mole on her cheek? Huh. I thought it was an extended mouthstretch, one of those smiles or frowns that aren't really smiles or frowns, just an extended flat mouth. What is that called? But the mole-on-her-cheek thing makes her face not look so... big, now. lol GREAT PHOTO!

This is Amazing, though. Please keep doing these!
